Exploring the Monuments With an Old Camera in Black and White

As I have been making my home in Washington, DC, I must still acknowledge that I will probably always be a tourist at times, as I explore the city on my many walks around town. As I have also recently exploring photography with old vintage cameras, using film that is hard to find, I have also been looking for ways to reinterpret the memorials and monuments that are an integral part of his city. Here are a few  photos from a recent trek to the National Mall with my Yashica-D, loaded with 120 film.

Photos are developed in Caffenol-C, as are all of my black and white photos.
