Walking around the neighborhoods of Montevideo, Uruguay, it is clear that there is a problem with graffiti everywhere. But it is also clear that wherever there is an artistic mural, there is no graffiti, so there are murals all over the city. Here are a few of the murals I found on my walks through the city.
